At Amsa Cosmetics, customer satisfaction is our priority. We take great care in delivering high-quality skincare products. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Eligibility for Returns

Due to the nature of cosmetic and skincare products, we do not accept returns or exchanges once the product has been opened or used.

However, a return or replacement may be accepted under the following conditions:

  • The product received is damaged, leaking, or broken upon delivery

  • The wrong item was delivered

  • The product is missing from the order

To be eligible:

  • The issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery

  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging

  • Proof of purchase and clear photos/videos of the issue are required

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Opened or used skincare products

  • Products damaged due to customer handling

  • Items returned without original packaging

  • Products purchased during promotions or sales (unless damaged)

3. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:

  • Order number

  • Clear images or video showing the issue

  • Description of the problem

Once verified, we will offer:

  • A replacement, or

  • A refund (depending on availability and situation)

4. Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was from our side

5. Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled before shipment.
Once the order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled.

6. Important Notes

  • Our products are packed in glass bottles, so we strongly advise checking the parcel at the time of delivery.

  • Amsa Cosmetics is not responsible for damage caused after delivery.

  • We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy conditions.
