6.Advance Payment & COD Policy:

Orders of Rs. 8,000 or above are not eligible for full Cash on Delivery (COD).

A 50% advance payment via bank transfer is required to confirm such orders.

A screenshot or proof of payment must be shared before or with the order.

The remaining 50% is payable upon delivery (COD).

Advance payments are non-refundable, except in cases of proven error or fault from AmSa Cosmetics, such as order cancellation or inability to fulfill the order.

Cash on Delivery for orders below Rs. 8,000 may vary depending on location.

7. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are shipped to the address provided by the customer.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier services or unforeseen circumstances.

AmSa Cosmetics is not responsible for delays beyond our control.

8. Returns & Refunds

Opened or used products are non-returnable and non-refundable due to hygiene and safety reasons.

Returns or exchanges are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items, provided the issue is reported within 24 hours of delivery and the product remains unused.

Refunds are processed after verification.
