  • We currently ship within Pakistan only.

  • We use trusted courier services to ensure safe and timely delivery of your orders.


3. Shipping Time

  • Estimated delivery times are as follows:

    • Within major cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, etc.): 2–4 business days

    • Other cities and towns: 4–7 business days

  • Delivery times may vary due to weather, courier delays, or unforeseen circumstances.


4. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on weight and delivery location.

  • Free shipping promotions may be offered occasionally; terms and conditions will apply.


5. Packaging

  • All products are packed securely in glass bottles with protective packaging to prevent damage during transit.

  • Please inspect your order upon delivery and report any damage immediately.


6. Damaged or Lost Shipments

  • If your order arrives damaged, broken, or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

    • Order number

    • Photos of the damaged product and packaging

  • We will replace or refund the affected items after verification.

  • Amsa Cosmetics is not responsible for delays caused by courier services or incorrect address provided by the customer.
